ATC in Angola

Hello there,

I am a Dutch female and I am moving to Angola next year. I want to be an Air Traffic Controller.
I have already done a test for Eurocontrol to be an ATC student in Holland, I passed it, but I didn't go through with it because I will be moving to Africa soon.
It seems difficult to get in touch with Angolan institutes about this, I cannot even find a phone number online of the Airport in Luanda...

Does anyone of you know if there is an ATC school in Luanda and what are the conditions to apply?
I am 23 years old and I have a Dutch passport..
