Participants came from Kenya, The Ivory Coast, Nigeria and Ghana and ranged from CAA representatives, ANS managers to ATCOs. The course revolved around Safety management systems, incident investigations, Critical Incident Stress Management and Just Culture. The three-day course was based on ICAO Annex 19 and systemic safety ideas.
